Becki Percy has no right to be a US citizen

Rebecca Percy feels she should be entitled to US citizenship.

Rebecca Percy has no grounds to become a US citizen. These grounds include: being born in the USA; having parents who are US citizens; bringing to the table some benefit to the USA in exchange for citizenship (example, Elon Musk); or because the individual is escaping some terrible threat to life.

There is this self-entitled delusion that Becki Percy entertains that if she makes up a story, and points fingers at some people accusing them of serious crimes without evidence on Twitter, that she gains automatic right to being a US citizen. This delusion plays out via an online petition that Percy and some of her fanatical “Team Becki” supporters push, which by the time Percy is kicked out of the USA, might reach 9000 signatures. For such a small quantity of signatures, many provided by non-US citizens, Percy believes she can overcome the due process of law to gain citizenship via the backdoor in the USA, if only President Trump would listen to her. Percy seems oblivious to the crisis in the USA with a failing economy, a deadly killer virus and race riots; as well as an increasingly panic stricken President facing election in less than five months time; demanding that her fantasy of US citizenship be treated with priority above all these things.

I feel a level of contempt for Percy and her shallow self-entitled demands for US citizenship, as I have many family in the USA, who by some manner qualify or have earned their place to be in the USA. I am 25% American because of a controversial relationship between an American soldier and my British grandmother; I have met US cousins from that side of my family with their huge Texan cowboy hats. I also have three brothers in the USA (one born there); lots of nieces and nephews; my real British born father is in the USA, and so is my British born step-mother. It is these sort of relationships an individual needs, as I do, to build a strong case for US citizenship. Percy to my knowledge has no blood ties in the USA.

Another way of gaining US citizenship is by offering some benefit to that nation. My father lives the American Dream, trading hard work in building businesses in exchange for the material benefits the US provides him; my father also contributes to his community by acting as a State sports official with his wife. I have one brother serving in the US marines; another brother coaching a new generation of top US sports athletes. All my family in the USA have traded a significant benefit to the USA in exchange for US citizenship or the right to stay there.

Becki Percy has offered no tangible benefit to the USA to earn her right to US citizenship; in fact, she has traded bitter poison that has hurt that nation rather than benefitted it. Percy has cost the US taxpayer a million dollars paying for her legal, medical and jail accommodation costs. Percy has shattered two American families. Percy has failed to live the American Dream through the hard work of seeking education and employment; she will return to the UK with nothing to show for her five years living in the USA. Percy has acted like a bad guest breaking US laws on fraud and harrassment; Percy has abused and made false allegations against US political and religious leaders of her host nation; and she has acted always like a needy parasite on the charity of others.

Percy has enjoyed the benefit denied to even the most worthy of asylum seekers of quality legal representation and due legal process through the US justice system in relation to her personal claim for political asylum. Rebecca Percy has had five years in which to provide evidence and legal justification to stay in the USA. Percy has had multiple legal hearings, and it was concluded she had no legal grounds to stay in the USA.

Rebecca Percy has played the USA, its legal system and the citizens of the USA much like a little girl plays with a toy doll. I have this sense that Percy has treated her whole experience in the USA as little more than a game; and Percy has managed to corrupt the integrity of a political asylum system designed to protect authentic victims of torture and oppression.

Becki Percy neither deserves or has any right to US citizenship; and the sooner she is kicked out of the USA, the better.

On Becki Percy claims of having sex with dogs and horses

Rebecca Percy includes claims of being forced to have sex with dogs and horses in her so-called “testimony” according to Catherine Moncada, who supported and took Percy into her family home during the first three years of her stay in the USA. These acts of beastility were also filmed according to a “kidnap” victim who spoke to Moncada, and shown to the victim during their three-day ordeal being strapped to a table to watch porn videos of Percy on a loop. Moncada writes: “I’m not trying to be crude or graphic but do y’all KNOW what a vagina and anus look like after abuse? Frankly, it would tear a person up. Multiply abusers. Dogs. Horses. 3 pregnancies? That’s Rebecca’s testimony. I have the screen shots.”

Rebecca Percy exhibits no signs of triggering or trauma from owning her current dog in the USA, despite making claims she was forced into having sex with dogs as a child. Even if her animal sex claims are truth or fiction, is the relationship between Percy and her current dog as healthy as it seems?

Beastility is illegal in the UK. Any act of sex with animals is illegal; and it has serious legal consequencies if animal sex involves children. It is also illegal to create, possess or view images or video of people having sex with animals in the UK. All claims that Percy made with regards to sex with animals will be passed on to the UK police for investigation.

Like most of the “testimony” that Rebecca Percy gives from her time living in Hull UK, she is vague on the details. Percy has claimed that the animals she had sex with were dogs and horses; that the horses were fully grown; but no details are known of the animal genders, or what sort of sexual acts took place between Percy and the animals. The “kidnapped” friend of Percy claims to Moncada that some of these acts of sex between Percy and animals had been filmed, and the “kidnap” victim had viewed this film.

Being forced into sex with animals is a traumatic, dangerous and harmful experience for both the animal and the human. Horses kick, dogs bite and and any infection to a wound can have fatal consequencies. In practically all cases the animal and child comes out of an experience of beastility traumatised by it. The impact on animals of people such as Becki Percy having sex with them is horrific: “..farmer described behavioral changes he saw in his three working horses. The horses spooked when there was activity behind them, such as pulling equipment. When a 1,400 pound horse enters a flight-fight response it is dangerous. The farmer had to sell his horses.”

Most victims of child sexual abuse find their experiences too shameful to speak of in public; it is near unthinkable that an individual would admit to having sex with animals, as Percy has done. It is quite strange that Percy would be so positive and willing to share information in public of having sex with dogs and horses.

One of the major contradictions of the narrative of Becki Percy having sex with dogs is that she is happily associating with dogs in her present life in the USA. A child forced to have sex with dogs is without question going to be traumatised and triggered by anything associated with dogs. Becki Percy not only has offered dog sitting services in the USA; she also owns a dog: “Due to my career, I am home a lot and flexible in availability! I would love to have your dog over for the day while you’re at work or running errands, overnight, or even a linger period of time if you take vacation!”

Like so much of the narrative of sexual abuse that Becki Percy gives in her “testimony,” the claims and the reality fail to connect well together: there are contradictions; lack of detail; lack of evidence. Percy acts in a manner that is not consistent with someone who alleges they was forced to have sex with animals.

Questions arise about the state of mind of someone who claims experience of sexual acts with animals, even if those claims are pure fantasy. With Rebecca Percy neither claiming to have had intervention from mental health services for animal sex abuse, or unwilling to accept help, there is a concern that her relationship with the current dog she owns is as healthy as it seems.

Is Becki Percy pretending to be afraid?

Becki Percy and her Satanic ritual abuse narrative is full of contradictions: one contradiction is the image of brave Becki vs fearful Becki.

This recent post on Facebook reveals the rough location where Rebecca Percy now lives in California, also, that she likes to ride a bike where there is “not a lot of people around”. Would a frightened person claiming to fear murder by a Satanic cult in the UK be posting this type of stuff on social media?

It might be recalled that Rebecca Percy arrived in the USA claiming political asylum from Britain, saying her parents intended to murder her. Percy inferred that the British authorities were either unable to protect her from harm, or were involved with the alleged Satanic cult in doing harm to her. Percy presents herself to the world as fearful Becki.

During her stay with the Moncada family, the epic drama of Becki Percy took a dramatic twist: when a friend was alleged to have been kidnapped by the Satanic cult; and subjected to a bizarre three-day ordeal strapped to a table watching porn videos 24/7 of Percy. The unfolding drama ended in the Moncada family fleeing their home for several weeks, whilst Mr Moncada guarded the home with a gun at his side.

Once Becki Percy was embedded with the Moncada and then the McAvene families, Percy then expressed attitudes and behavior that was in contradiction of her fearful Becki image. Becki Percy became brave Becki in revealing the addresses of herself and her host families. For such a fearful situation of a dangerous cult out to murder her, Percy had no inhibition to reveal her location to those alleged cultists, putting herself and her host families in danger. According to Becki Percy, the alleged Satanic cult raped and murdered children in Hull UK; but in contradiction, Percy allowed and refused to address the situation of the publication of the photos and other personal information of the children in her host Moncada family. One could infer that brave Percy was not particularly bothered about her own safety or the wellbeing of her US host families.

Someone fearful of ending up being turned into a snuff movie, or sacrificed, depending on the story that Becki Percy liked to tell, would in most minds of people have fought tooth and nail to get political asylum in the USA. Percy proved to be the most unhelpful and obstructive of clients to her immigration attorneys; failing to give them the evidence they needed to fight her case, even something simple such as photos of alleged scars from claimed extensive torture on her body. Indeed, Percy treated her attorneys with absolute contempt, saying in one case that she had no need of their services. When it came to the final court appeal against deportation in the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit: Percy had neither bothered to hire attorneys to represent her, paid for through gofunding; nor did she even know the date of the court hearing (she found out through this writer); or enter a defence. Despite dramatic claims of her fear of murder, Percy in the mind of an onlooker did not seem that frightened in her dealings with the US immigration system.

More recently, Percy, now living in California, published a post on Facebook giving the rough location of where she now lived, and suggested she wanted to cycle daily with her dog along a path that was not frequented by people. If there was any murdereous cult out there, telling them where she now lived and that she liked to frequent lonely roads, must have been a welcome bit of news. But then, there is more brave Becki than frightened Becki on display with this walking contradiction. One might infer that Becki Percy is telling many falsehoods; because lets face it, most people who make up a story of being in danger, knowing they are not in danger, are not fearful. It is make-believe afterall.

Rebecca Percy and the Woods of Horror

Every good Satanic Ritual Abuse narrative includes the standard trope of the hero of the story being hunted by a bunch of Satanists doing nasty things to them: Becki Percy has her own version of the Satanic hunt. Despite an alleged life packed full of abuse, horror and torture, Percy is sparse on the details and examples of this life; a narrative she rushed out towards the end of 2016. However, Percy went to town on her story of being hunted by Satanists in a wood near Hull UK.

Depending on the version of the story Percy likes to tell, it is either a man called Charlie or her parents that take Percy out for her adventures in the woods. Percy has to wear a camera on her head; and she is dumped out of the moving car, when the hunt begins. Percy says she starts to run towards and through a wood, and lots of Satanists give chase to her. Each time Percy is caught by a Satanist, an item of clothing is taken from her, and they have sex with her. It must be a slow and boring hunt due to all the Satanists having sex with Percy, and she eventually ends up naked. Percy describes the the epic point of her narrative coming across a scene of dead children hanging from trees. The story finishes with Percy being taken home naked by Charlie, where she probably is treated to a nice cup of tea and cookies. Percy then goes to school next day without a physical or mental scratch on her person; which is how these stories work.

People can view the linked video for themselves; but I would like to make a point that such situations will leave a significant mark of trauma on people; and when Percy lived in the USA, she was not triggered or expressed any trauma by having enjoyable walks in the woods there.

Becki Percy considered creepy and odd

Followers of Rebecca Percy on Twitter think she

Even amongst the supporters of Becki Percy, she is odd and creepy. During a two day argument with a fanatical supporter of Percy on Twitter, called Cat @WhutzupKitty, this member of “Team Becki” made an interesting insightful post about her: “The only way to help her, is through deliverence.. ..Do u even have the slightest clue how many demons would b operating within her?” Even by the crazy standards of conspiracy obsessed Qanon supporters, who provide the bulk of the following of Becki Percy, they think Percy is odd and creepy; which they explain in terms that she is demonic, and needs an exorcism to kick the demons out.

Those that make up Qanon are a highly superstitious people, easily influenced by crazy narratives fed to them by people such as Rebecca Percy. Despite the best efforts over two days to offer reason and evidence to Cat in regards to Percy, this supporter was irrational and refused to even look at the evidence offered. One could imagine that 300 years previously these types of people could just have easily turned on Percy and burnt her at the stake as a witch, with her talk of putting her babies in blenders, sex with horses, and blood soaked rituals to Molech.

Even the more moderate Christian evangelist such as Catherine Moncada, an individual who supported Percy whilst in prison and for a year in her own family home, considered Percy was demon possessed: “I will be honest in that I DID wonder if Rebecca was demon possessed because of fainting spells and other physical manifestations.” It is easy to become infected with the idea that Rebecca Percy is demonic, because of all the crazy stuff she does and says.

As a rationalist, this writer does not believe in demonic possession, but there is a quality about Becki Percy that marks her out as something creepy and sinister – her eyes. It does not matter if Percy is talking about a topic where she appears angry, upset or happy on her videos; the eyes do not change; there is no unity between the subject, her outward displays of emotion and what is in her eyes; her eyes are cold, unchanging and empty.

The eyes are the window of the soul; and it is hard to fake what is in the eyes. An individual suffering from trauma has angry, fearful or distressed eyes. Some people suffering extreme trauma, have an unfocussed look called the-thousand-yard stare. But, in my opinion, I do not see these looks of trauma in the eyes of Percy. Nor do I see the poker face eyes of someone who has supressed their emotions. There is a dark void in the eyes of Percy, as if she has no emotions. The same creepy eyes I have seen in Michael Jackson, an individual who is also considered odd and creepy.

Becki Percy and the laws of harrassment

Rebecca Percy will face justice if she likes it or not.

It is the current situation that Becki Percy is breaking the law by harrassing people with the sense she is immune from the process of law; an “untouchable”, living in the echo chamber of her 22,000 Qanon conspiracy loving Twitter supporters. It is a strategy to allow Percy to believe this delusion, until she is deported back to the UK, when the harrassment legislation in the UK kicks in, and she can finally be arrested and liable to criminal charges for harrassment. Although the US has harrassment laws, the US legal system is slow and ineffective; example, a straightforward deportation case like that of Becki Percy took five years to complete its process through the US legal system.

What is criminal harrassment? The UK Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), who prosecute criminal cases in the UK courts, define harrassment on their website: “it can include repeated attempts to impose unwanted communications and contact upon a victim in a manner that could be expected to cause distress or fear in any reasonable person.” In addition, the CPS says: “A prosecution under section 2 or 4 requires proof of harassment. In addition, there must be evidence to prove the conduct was targeted at an individual, was calculated to alarm or cause him/her distress, and was oppressive and unreasonable.” As an example, Rebecca Percy has conducted a campaign over several years against named people accusing them of serious crimes against children, without evidence or reporting these allegations to law enforcement. The allegations are repeated across many social platforms by Percy, such as her online petition against deportation back to the UK: “I also saw my parents and other in their ring sacrifice children to Molech.” The online petition, with its multiple allegations against identified people, is typical evidence of targetted harrassing conduct by Percy that would leave individuals distressed.

Although Becki Percy cannot be prosecuted under UK harrassment law for what she does inside the borders of the USA, when she is deported back to the UK, the laws of harrassment in the UK apply to her. In the Hampstead case, where false allegations of harm to children were made, two false allegation makers were jailed under UK harrassment law: Rupert Wilson Quaintance (9 months) and Sabine McNeill (9 years). Activists such as I, will monitor Becki Percy on her return to the UK, and if she repeats her allegations; promotes those allegations in any way such as sharing, retweeting or encouraging her supporters to do so; and this happens on two separate occasions; Percy will be reported to the UK police for harrassment.

What happens if Becki Percy is reported for harrassment? If the police are nice, Percy may get a warning or caution. If the UK police feel that what Percy is doing is more serious, she will be arrested, and all her electronic devices will be taken for forensic examination. Percy could be placed on police bail for six months or more whilst the UK police investigate crimes; and conditions would be imposed such as not repeating her allegations. To repeat harrassment, Percy risks additional criminal charges and potential remanding into prison. During a police investigation, Percy could be sectioned into a mental hospital or suffer court imposed orders to restrict her internet activities and allegation making. It is down to the UK CPS to decide charges: if there is sufficient evidence in their opinion to make a prosecution successful, and if it is in the public interest to do so. The UK police can only investigate crimes; they do not have the power to decide the charges, or if a charge is to be prosecuted.

What are the legal defences against harrassment? I half expect Percy to make harrassment allegations against me to the UK police. The two primary legal defences relevant to my case, as defined by the CPS guidelines are: “that the course of conduct was pursued for the purpose of preventing or detecting crime“; and “that in the particular circumstances the pursuit of the course of conduct was reasonable.” The primary aim of this blog is the prevention and detecting of crime in relation to the activities and allegations of Becki Percy. My second legal defence, that I must be following conduct that is reasonable in the particular circumstances, is based upon the second primary aim of this blog: protection of the wellbeing of children, vulnerable people and families; justified, as I believe and argue that Percy is following conduct that suggests that she is harmful to those sections of society. In addition, because Percy is conducting her harrassment from inside the borders of another nation (USA), and across two states of that nation (California and Texas), it means legal remedies are too slow or ineffective to protect victims of crimes, or vulnerable people; that it requires conduct that vigorously challenges Percy (her narrative, activity and allegation making) through making alternative points of view widely available on the internet and to her target support groups.

Even if by some miracle, Rebecca Percy decides to stop making allegations when she is back in the UK, she will not escape a police investigation. Percy has admitted to child porn distribution and disposing of the bodies of murdered children; UK crimes she alleges she was involved in whilst living in the UK; to which I shall be reporting to the UK police, which they will have to investigate. Everything Percy has done or said in relation to her so-called “testimony” of Satanic abuse will be investigated. The police will interview everyone in relation to Becki Percy: her parents; social workers; teachers; the Moncada and McAvene families; her best friends. There will be a moment in the future that Percy will be unable to run away, her allegations will be investigated by the police, and they will be asking her for evidence of those allegations. Deportation and a police investigation is written in stone for Percy; there is nothing Percy or her delusional supporters can do to prevent that. And, now that Percy is an adult, and when she is returned to the UK; the harrassment laws of the UK will finally curtail her allegation making activities.

The mantra “never question a survivor” denies justice to real victims of child abuse

The idea that Becki Percy and her followers promotes of never questioning a survivor fails to help victims of child abuse. When I sat in that room designed for victims of child abuse, reporting my own experiences to the police, I was worried I would not be believed; this fear is shared by the majority of victims of child abuse. The integrity of justice for victims of child abuse hangs upon the faith of society in a proper, balanced and thorough investigation of crimes against children.

Investigations have to root out false allegations of child abuse, or everyone suffers. Anyone can make allegations. Children lie. Children, as in the Hampstead abuse case were drugged, tortured and brainwashed into making allegations against a whole London community by a twisted mother and her boyfriend; children coached whilst being beaten and threatened with burial alive, to make allegations against their father. The police, social workers and a high court case asked questions, and found there was no truth in the Hampstead allegations; the children admitted they had lied under threat of torture and death by their own mother and her boyfriend.

Rebecca Percy, a woman from Hull UK, claiming political asylum in the USA with fantastic tales of Satanic ritual abuse, has a notorious track record of making allegations against nearly everyone she gets close to. Aged 14, Percy made a stream of allegations against individuals, all that were investigated, and for which no evidence was found to support them. Percy says that social workers in her case considered her an allegation maker; Percy was referred to mental health services because people thought she had a mental condition to cause her to make a relentless stream of allegations without evidence. Percy caused the taxpayer to waste a lot of money investigating empty allegations; but, like any alleged child abuse victim, Percy was given a fair and full investigation of her claims.

Becki Percy points fingers at named people, accusing them of serious crimes. On her online petition to stay in the USA Percy claims: “I also saw my parents and other in their ring sacrifice children to Molech.” Percy has not reported these alleged crimes to law enforcement, nor does she offer any evidence in support of these claims. People ask: “why not?” and the reply that Percy and her supporters give is “never question a survivor.”

Rebecca Percy raises serious issues of public interest, that needs answers to questions. It is no small thing to ask for political asylum to the USA suggesting that the authorities in the UK are incapable of protecting their own citizens from paedophile rings, or are involved in the rape and murder of children in Hull. Judges, lawyers and the immigration officers dealing with Percy ask questions looking for the truth of her allegations. But, Percy and her supporters argue these administrators of immigration and justice should take the claims of Percy at face value, as they should “never question a survivor“.

Becki Percy has done or said things that suggests she is a danger to children, and actively seeks contact with abused young people. Percy has claimed to have been in a position of care of young children, allowing those children to be murdered without stoppping or reporting the harm to those children to the authorities. Percy admits to child porn distribution. Percy claims personal knowledge of the rape and murder of thousands of children, and despite having the ability to report those alleged crimes and rescue those children, does not do so. Percy admits to disposing of the bodies of murdered children. Catherine Moncada, who hosted Percy in her home after Percy left jail, says there is a list that exists of parents who do not want Percy near their children; and that Percy endangered the wellbeing of the children in the Moncada family. Percy in answer to the concerned questions people have of how safe Becki Percy is to children: “never question a survivor“.

The mantra “never question a survivor” is a tool that Percy and supporters such as Wendy McAvene use in order to hide behind a fraud which denies justice to people they accuse of serious crimes, and places the wellbeing of children in danger. There are genuine concerns that Percy is a serious danger to children; and that she is either covering up crimes, or is actively involved in criminal action. The mantra “never question a survivor” is a pathetic attempt to avoid awkward questions that challenge the allegations and activities of Rebecca Percy; and using that mantra, Percy undermines the integrity of the justice system to support real victims of child abuse.

Becki Percy: where she went wrong as a grifter

undermined her credibility in the eyes of her followers.

Leaving prison in the USA; it all started so well for Becki Percy, as she started life as an up-and-coming fraudster towards the end of 2016. Percy had invented a Satanic ritual abuse backstory; and was a rising darling of the Qanon crowd; with Donald Trump elected as President of the USA. Percy had the full support of her US family host Catherine Moncada, and a platoon of immigration attorneys willing to fight her corner on a pro bono basis. Percy built a high public profile, pushing her story into every corner of the internet with videos, petitions, interviews and postings that placed her parents at the heart of a dark fantasy Satanic cult, with thousands of child victims sacrificed to Molech in the city of Hull UK. The parents of Percy were not in a position to fight back, and there was little in the way of opposition to the Satanic narrative Percy pushed. Percy successfully launched a personal brand on the back of her narrative: selling merchandise; attracting gifts and money via crowd funding and private donations. As Percy entered 2017, the onlooker could believe Percy the grifter had made it in the land of the American Dream.

Becki Percy had a flaw in her Satanic narrative: no celebrities. The successful grifters that Percy idolised, such as Sarah Ruth Ashcraft and Fiona Barnett, could boast politicians and movie stars as the wicked monsters that preyed upon them and other innocents. Built around the narrative of these stars was an epic narrative of perversion and horror in exotic locations, and of the most imaginative deeds upon the person of the tragic and heroic grifters. Percy had tried from childhood to attract celebrities to follow her Twitter accounts, but none did. Percy neither had the imagination or the celebrity connections to match the established grifter market leaders such as Ashcraft and Barnett.

The greater flaw was Percy’s personality: she displayed an immaturity and infantile need to be cared for. Percy played the image of a vulnerable little girl in need of mothering. Percy kicked the husbands out of the beds of their wives, to indulge in being a two-year-old in need of constant and intense mothering by the older women in her life. Percy was the ever needy and demanding infant asking for money, hugs, attention and free everything from her indulgent followers. Percy seemed incapable of mature effort of improving her life through employment, education, boy/girl friend relationships or therapy.

Unlike Percy, the established grifters Ashcraft and Barnett did not play the victim; rather, they leveraged their stories and became an authority on conspiracies, child abuse and the new world order. The followers flocked to Ashcraft and Barnett as champions of their collective worldviews; and the money rolled in.

Percy followed a different road: the tragic vulnerable little girl in need of mothering. Thus, Percy solicited caregiving and pity from her followers. Followers became deeply protective of the infant Becki, and were motivated to support her because they felt sorry for her. In the same way adults are tolerant of the tantrums, stupidity and odd actions of the toddler and the feeble-minded, so the followers of Percy gave the pseudo-toddler a free pass for actions that would not be accepted in a mature healthy-minded adult. But, just as most adults do not take the thoughts and authority of the feeble-minded or the toddler seriously, none treat Percy and her views with much credibility. Percy is trapped in her own infantile invention: people humour her, but nobody treats a toddler or idiot with great seriousness.

To most people, a 24-year-old very needy and attention-seeking drain on their resources becomes an overwhelming burden. People are slowly worn down by the drama and resource demand of someone that is unable or unwilling to become empowered and self-reliant. Marriages break down and people turn away from the pseudo-toddler that has drained them of everything. No employer, no boyfriend, no individual in their right mind can enter into a mature equal relationship with a toddler or feeble-minded fool. And thus the failing grifter falls from grace; and Percy walks step by step to an institution that will care for her in a safe environment, where she is neither a threat to herself or to others.

Despite the final verdict of the US Courts of Appeal in the Ninth Circuit in December 2019 that illegal immigrant and allegation maker of Satanic abuse Rebecca Percy has no legal right to stay in the USA, Percy continues to play out a farce that makes the USA and her Trump supporting followers look like idiots.

Back in 2015, Becki Percy arrived in the USA with a tourist visa intending to permanently stay; however, US immigration agents sensed Percy was not legitimate and had intended to put her on the plane back to the UK; which was when Percy claimed political asylum. Percy ended up in jail for 14 months; released on $40,000 bail in 2016; and was assisted by three pro bono immigration lawyers, who skillfully played the system to keep Percy in the USA for five years.

Despite costing the US taxpayer an estimated one million dollars in legal, accommodation and medical expenses hosting the failed asylum seeker in the USA; Percy was unable to provide any evidence to US immigration, lawyers or court judges to support her claims that she was in danger of being murdered by an alleged child trafficking ring, and that the UK authorities were unable to protect her. Percy lost all her court cases; and whilst the judges decided not to test the truth of her allegations, concluded the UK had robust enough legal processes and institutions to keep Percy safe.

After leaving jail in 2016, Becki Percy evolved her narrative of sexual abuse and child trafficking to one of a Satanic cult raping, murdering and eating thousands of children in the city of Hull in the UK, headed by her mum and dad. Percy played out a growing story of sadism and sexual horror through the medium of social media to an expanding and excited audience of QAnon type of conspiracy fantasists and Christian evangelicals; whilst offering no evidence to her legal representatives or the US courts for these new claims.

Percy became something of a joke to those trying to legally represent her, who she treated with the greatest of contempt. One by one, immigration lawyers stopped representing Percy, and by the time the final court hearing of the US Courts of Appeal in the Ninth Circuit of her appeal against deportation from the USA happened in December 2019, no attorney would represent her on a pro bono basis. Despite raising funds for an immigration attorney through go-funding, Percy did not match her belief in her narrative by hiring an immigration lawyer to represent her. It was down to this writer to inform Becki Percy of the court date of her final court hearing, and despite that, she failed to enter the paperwork for her defence in time.

Percy expresses a delusion and contempt for legal process, believing her needs are better served through the medium of social media. Percy makes social media allegations, such as that she was subjected to brutal physical torture, but offers no evidence to her lawyers when requested in the form of medical reports and photos. Percy accuses named people of serious crimes against children via social media, but does not report those alleged crimes to the police. Percy thinks that an online petition of less than 7000 signatures to President Donald Trump can overrule the US constitution, judges and legal system, to give her a free ticket to US citizenship.

In asking President Trump to overrule his judges, and allow an illegal and dishonest failed asylum seeker to stay in the USA to become a US citizen, Becki Percy and her 22,000 online followers are asking the US President to throw away his core policy against illegal immigration, and to open the US borders to everyone. Whilst showing no empathy or compassion for the inhuman treatment of Latin American immigrants, where children are separated from their parents by US immigration officials, Percy feels entitled to claim special treatment in her own case. Since borders and laws are fundamental to the integrity of a nation state; Percy and her followers argue in effect that the USA should be sacrificed for Becki Percy and her fantasy story.

During her five years living in the USA, Becki Percy has shown no positive reason that she would become a constructive member of US society. Percy has shattered two US families that have hosted her; and she has lived a parasitic and infantile existence on the charity of donations from her followers and at considerable expense of her host families. Percy has cost the US taxpayer an estimated one million dollars in legal and medical costs. At the age of 24, Percy has failed to form any relationships with boy or girl friends. Percy has made limited effort to seek proper employment and education in her time in the USA. Percy has run frauds and scams such as pyramid schemes like Plexus. Percy at minimum has failed to follow the spirit of US law by harrassing named people by accusing them of serious crimes against children without evidence or going to the police over those allegations; and committed fraud by raising money based on false claims, and using that money for purposes other than for what it was raised for – for example, Percy never hired a US immigration lawyer with the donations she was given for that purpose.

In the opinion of this writer, Becki Percy offers no legitimate reason or tangible benefit to the USA for allowing her to stay, or to become a US citizen. Percy is a dangerous parasite, who has since she arrived in the USA been a major burden to the US taxpayer and a source of extreme suffering to US citizens.

It is justified to challenge Becki Percy and her allegation making

Rebecca Percy has undergone multiple name changes on her Twitter account in recent weeks in the pointless attempt to avoid challenge and criticism of her allegation making. Indeed, Percy has done considerable moaning to her ever decreasing circle of followers that she feels harrassed by the constant challenges to her allegation making, whilst desiring to pursue those allegations without challenge. Percy has made numerous attempts to to report people who question her narrative to Twitter, to eliminate their accounts without success.

It seems to me the answer is simple to silence her critics, rather than Percy wasting energy blocking critics; changing her Twtter handle name and putting her account in private mode; she can instead offer evidence in support of her allegations; and report those allegations to the UK police for investigation.

There is great public interest and concern when Becki Percy makes serious allegations of harm to children against named people. When people hear of the harm of thousands of children in Hull UK, they are asking what is Percy doing about it to rescue those children from further harm? When Percy paints herself as an influencer of public opinion in relation to child abuse; where she claims political asylum to the USA; and where she gains a small fortune in donations and merchandise sales on the back of her child abuse narrative; people have a public interest argument and justification to ask questions of her.

Rebecca Percy may voice her public displeasure and irritation that people are asking her awkward questions, and challenging her version of events; but that is the way of things when people set themselves up as a public figure claiming things that are of a great concern to many people. For the family of Percy, her allegation making has been a ten year ordeal of relentless suffering; each passing year a new version emerges of her narrative with an increasingly horrific story and new set of claims made against them. There is nothing these people can do but suffer the fantasy and bile of Percy from the safety of her keyboard in the USA; the UK police are impotent to act against harrassment and fraud by Percy hidden in another nation with different laws.

It is a small comfort to the long suffering victims of the allegation making of Becki Percy that there are a few dozen people out there such as me who will ask questions; who will challenge an outrageous situation where Percy accuses people of terrible crimes against children, without evidence, but denies those accused a police investigation into the truth of those allegations.

It is a simple thing to ask of Rebecca Percy: that she offer evidence in support of her allegations; and to report those allegations to the UK police. It is time for Percy to grow up and take ownership of her allegation making; because there will come a time when she is deported to the UK; and if she continues on making those allegations without evidence, and without going to the UK police; then she will end up with criminal convictions and jail time for harrassment.
