Becki Percy admits to trading child porn on a chat room; a crime in UK law. The chat room was founded in 2009, which would make Percy a minimum of age 12. Age of criminal responsibility in the UK is age 10.
On hearing rumours that Becki Percy had been visiting chat rooms in order to talk to paedophiles; I found after some digging, that the rumours were true. The site that Percy was visiting is called chatiw.us. The site hosts sex chat rooms for adults aged 18+; with a minimalist design; and users can use it without registering an email.
Percy claims that her parents forced her onto the site to chat to users with the aim of trading child porn movies. The site has been around since 2009, so Percy was using the site to trade child porn from the age of 12 and upwards. Since the age of legal responsibility is 10 in the UK, Percy can add conspiracy to distribute child porn or actual child porn distribution offences to the growing list of crimes she will be investigated for by the UK police; all which I will refer to the police before she is deported to the UK.
I personally think it unlikely that paedophiles would use such a site as this to trade child porn; considering all such sites have undercover paedophile hunters and police on them. It is more likely paedophiles use the Dark Web to trade child porn rather than the normal internet.
Rather than tracking down traders of child porn, Percy pretended she was a 13-year-old girl called Abigal; which she used to entrap two individuals on different occasions.
The first individual Percy caught out alleged he was a teacher in the USA. Percy identified herself as aged 13; and despite knowing this, the teacher spoke to Percy in an inappropriate way. Percy screen captured the chatlogs; plus the school that the teacher claimed to work at; as well as his photo. Percy then prejudiced any potential criminal investigation by publishing the chatlogs, the teacher’s personal information and school onto Twitter to her 22,000 followers. Percy reported the teacher to the police, and they visited her home in Texas to take a witness statement.
Two years after the event between the teacher and Becki Percy, there does not appear to have been any arrests or charges according to my internet searches. Because there was no direct sexual conversation, or porn exchanged, or attempt to meet; it was unlikely in US law the teacher would have been convicted of anything; especially after Percy had prejudiced any investigation by publishing her information about the teacher on Twitter; and the potential of entrapment; and her very public record of allegation making. At best, the teacher could have been fired from the school for his inappropriate conduct. The incident would have resulted in an arrest in the UK; because grooming is a crime in UK law; although grooming is not yet outlawed in the USA.
The second guy Percy entrapped was aged 31 and a US citizen. As before, the conversation was inappropriate; but in US law, not unlawful. The conduct of the man would have resulted in arrest in the UK for grooming.
In the two chat room cases Becki Percy had no problems going to law enforcement, even announcing on Twitter that: “Children need to be rescued.” This attitude of going to law enforcement over chat room crimes seems at odds with the reluctance of Percy to report the alleged rape and murder of 1000’s of children in Hull UK. It is apparent Percy does not consider the wellbeing and lives of children in Hull UK worth the bother of reporting alleged harm done to them to the UK police.
The enthusiasm that Becki Percy shows to report people in a chat room to the police is at odds with her reluctance to report alleged rape and murder of thousands of children in Hull UK to the UK police.
Carrie Moran is a typical follower of Becki Percy known as “Team Becki” who do not live in the real world.
Rebecca Percy has over five years built up a following of 22,000 followers on Twitter, and several thousands on other social media that she has skillfully manipulated into a profitable and successful personal brand based on a fantasy where she is the star. But, who are these followers?
Lets take the example of a typical Twitter follower of Percy called “Intensive Carebear” under the Twitter handle @Maga_CareBear, whose real name is apparently Carrie Moran, a middle-aged woman who lives in California USA.
Moran self-identifies as a member of “Team Becki” which is what many of the followers of Percy call themselves. “Team Becki” is something of a personality cult that Percy has crafted together, who without question will donate to her many gofunding campaigns or sign her online petitions. Indeed, anyone taking on Percy tends to attract a great deal of hostility from “Team Becki”. The followers of Percy even have their own tribal terms such as “draining the swamp” or “taking out the trash”, relating to their activities of waging war upon those they see as the “enemy” such as members of the US Democratic Party.
A typical follower of Becki Percy called Carrie Moran of California USA identify as “Team Becki”.
Moran is part of a larger tribal grouping that typically refer to themselves as MAGA in the USA, those that form the fanatical hardcore of the movements that promote and support the current US President Donald Trump. Those that form the “MAGA” tribe typically identify with the type of right wing politics that Trump promotes; a strong belief in conspiracy theories, including the forming and promoting of conspiracies; and Christian evangelical ways of thinking.
Becki Percy appeals to an extreme wing of the MAGA movement, who form the bulk of ‘Team Becki’. Many of the middle road and moderate members of the MAGA movement tend to apply more critical thinking, and when given the facts, will avoid being part of ‘Team Becki’. Although the bulk of the followers of Percy originate in the USA, many who are outside of the USA do share the same outlooks in religion and politics as their US counterparts.
The type of craziness that Percy brings to the table, is echoed in the lives and activities of many of her followers, where reality moves into something weird. Carrie Moran for instance has a gofund campaign to support adult africans, who she refers to as her children, and has persuaded to wear t-shirts with her face on. Pushing the limits of credibility is a notion that a 25-year-old man on the gofunding campaign is equivalent of a child needing funding for education. Like the funding campaigns of Percy, there is no guarantee the funds would be used for the purposes that the campaign claims, or if it would arrive to the people it targetted at all. Also “odd” is the claim that Moran is engaged to a Twitter account that is resident in Britain called Greg Phillips under the Twitter handle @kadath123; another fanatical follower of Becki Percy; despite the strict immigration laws of both the USA and UK that raises questions over this claim. A cloud of questions and weirdness is the hallmark of Percy and many of her followers.
Typical of a follower of Becki Percy, Moran has a strange grasp of reality and a lack of critical thinking; that I personally find frustrating. I and others have entered into conversation with Carrie Moran, offering her links to internet resources to read that raises questions about Percy and her allegations. The typical response is that Moran refuses to read the resources and blocks all those who offer an opposing view to Percy and her allegations. Typically, followers like Moran do not employ critical thinking such as asking for evidence; nor does it seem odd to them that Percy, who had the power to stop the alleged rape and murder of thousands of children in Hull UK, has failed to go to the police about those allegations.
It is important that those that are challenging Becki Percy and her claims, continue to strongly ask questions and challenge the narrative that Percy promotes; since Percy has caused a great deal of destruction to the lives and families of people she and her allegations touch.
Becki Percy and many of her followers such as Carrie Moran live in a reality that is not of this world; one that defies reason, evidence and common sense.

Rebecca Percy has made serious allegations against named individuals of torture, rape and murder of children. These claims also include: cannibalism; beastility; the making and distribution of child porn; trafficking of children; kidnap. Becki Percy claims that these crimes have been committed against her own person and to thousands of children in the area of Hull in the UK by an organised paedophile ring, that she claims is also a Satanic cult. Percy has claimed political asylum to the USA from the UK, claiming she will be murdered by the alleged cult. Percy refuses to report these allegations to the UK police for them to investigate.
Becki Percy has for the last five years harrassed named individuals, accusing them of serious crimes against children without evidence. Percy has published photos, names, places of work and other identifiable information of named people she alleges of sex crimes against children on social media to over 20,000 followers; has encouraged those followers to stalk and harrass named individuals forcing them to restrict or stop their own internet freedoms such as ability to use social media. Percy has impacted the quality of life, and caused extreme distress to the named indviduals. Percy denies those individuals she accuses of crimes a right to a fair police investigation by going to the police with her allegations.
Becki Percy has committed possible fraud. Percy has raised over $10,000 in donations from multiple crowd funding campaigns and private donations on the basis that she and 1000’s of children in Hull have suffered from torture and rape from an alleged paedophile cult run by named individuals; without evidence or reporting allegations made since 2015 to the UK police. Percy has not used donations for the purposes she raised those donations for such as paying for an attorney to represent her at her final court appeal against deportation from the USA in the US Court of Appeals in the Ninth Circuit in December 2019. Percy has sold candles and other merchandise on the basis that the proceeds of the sales of those items would go to charity; but has offered no evidence that she has done so. Percy has claimed and enjoyed free facilities and services since 2015 such as accommodation and legal representation on the basis of claims she has made of being a victim of serious crimes by named individuals.
Becki Percy has admitted to witnesses and on video of actions that would in UK law constitute serious crimes. Percy claims to have been in a role of mother to three babies, who were abused and murdered; in her role as caregiver Percy failed to protect those babies from harm or report those crimes to the legal authorities. Percy claims to have been in the role of caregiver to a baby sister called Lily; in her role, she failed to stop harm to that child or report the harm to police; Percy also disposed of the remains of the child by burying it in an undisclosed location; thus perverting the course of justice by hiding evidence of crimes.
The purposes of this blog site is the investigation and prevention of the above crimes in the challenging situation where Percy provides no evidence for her allegations; does not report crimes to the UK police; and where by her current location in the USA the UK legal authorities are unable to investigate and prevent those crimes from happening.

Rebecca Percy has made allegations of an alleged paedophile ring run by named people: that she claims has previously and is curremtly involved in an ongoing process of rape and murder of children in the area of Hull UK. Percy fails to prevent this ongoing harm to children, for which she claims to have direct personal knowledge, by reporting it to the police.
Through the direct actions of Becki Percy five families (3 in the UK; 2 in the USA) have suffered severe harm. The harm was inflicted by way of allegation making; manipulation; deceit and reckless behavior that: put members of families in danger; resulted in police action; damaged the relationships, home and financial stability of those families.
There are strong concerns that Rebecca Percy poses a severe threat of harm to children and vulnerable people. Percy actively seeks contact, and does come into contact with children and vulnerable people. Percy admits to being in a caregiving role to children where those children suffered ham, and where she did not prevent that harm or report it to the authorities. Percy has actively looked for sites hosting child porn; and has allegedly looked for contact with paedophiles whilst pretending to be a child in chatrooms. Percy has disclosed the locations of children; or allowed the publication of the details of children; that exposed those children to potential danger in the families of those individuals she has come into contact with. Percy has a history, and an ongoing inclination, to accuse individuals of crimes against children without evidence; that harms families and the children in those families. Percy expresses a high level of sophisticated manipulation and deceit, that has an adverse impact on the lives of individuals, families and groups of people she comes into contact with; which poses a severe concern for the wellbeing of children and vulnerable people, due to its impact and consequencies. Percy expresses self harming and other mental health issues. Percy claims personal knowledge of serious crimes against hundreds of children by named people; but failed to prevent further harm to children; or report existing harm to children to the police. Percy claims the direct and personal experience of traumatic and repeated rape, torture, abduction, beastility and murder; for which she has apparently not sought mental help for; which by its nature suggests it is inappropriate to have her near children and vulnerable people until medical experts have evaluated her personal mental health.
The second purpose of this blog is to prevent harm to families, children and vulnerable people as a result of the allegations and activities of Rebecca Percy.
This image captures the trauma that Becki Percy triggered in me – ghosts of dead childen watching and waiting in a field – and only a police investigation into Percy and her allegations is going to give me relief. This is the main reason I am now involved in the battle with Percy over her allegation making.
This question of why I am involved in challenging Rebecca (Becki) Percy and her narrative of Satanic sexual abuse is a regular question asked by frustrated followers of Percy on Twitter; who are inclined to the fallacy of never questioning the survivor of abuse; and a mental disconnect of the notion that if a child is harmed, then the natural desire to rescue that child from further harm by going to the police.
Becki Percy announces on social media that she has personal knowledge of 1000+ children being raped and murdered in Hull UK; Percy with the power to rescue those children from harm, and to bring those harming the children to justice. And there this announcement hangs, like an unfinished sentence, song or story in the air.. Ok? And.. then what? Nothing. Because Percy does not follow through as most normal human beings would naturally do: urgently bring this knowledge to the police; so that children could be rescued; and justice could prevail for any crimes done to those children. And, knowing that Percy did nothing for those children, the next human emotion arises to try and bring about a rescue of the children by the hearer of this announcement. So, people ask questions; asking for information so that the children could be rescued. Nothing! They gain no relief from Percy in their desire to rescue those children; instead, just threats and blocking. ‘Don’t question a survivior!’ Percy and others say.
Most of the 22,000 people who follow Becki Percy on Twitter have lived ordinary mundane lives untouched by trauma and sexual abuse: with boring jobs, routine hobbies, average family life; television; ordinary social interactions; and the weekly visit to church. Life for these people flow cradle to the grave; one day the same as the next. The occasional blips of life like a failed promotion or a death in the family, is the nearest most of these people get to excitement in their lives. Thus, these people head off onto the internet to live out their need for adventure and excitement through the soap opera of other people’s drama.
Enter Becki Percy into the lives of these 22,000 people with a Hollywood epic of sadistic sex involving children and Satanists. Percy becomes the heroine of her own drama; the survivor seemingly untouched by the most horrific of ordeals that all heroines suffer in the movies. Percy gains a ready audience bored witless with their own lives; an opportunity to escape into a fantasy adventure with Percy. And, these people buy into the interactive element of this adventure by donating money and signing petitions; whilst buying merchandise such as candles from a woman who has turned a sex abuse situation into a money-making brand. And for some, to escape their dull lives, and to become part of the adventure into Never Never Land with Percy Pan, is too much of a temptation; and throw away their marriage, home, family and job; to become part of the epic fantasy as Wendy McAvene has done. And people who question the survivior, who spoil the story, by asking questions and suggesting the heroine goes to the police; we become the bad guy, the pirates in the battle with Percy Pan and Wendy.
But, sex abuse is not an adventure or a fun fantasy for those who really suffer from it. It is perverse to turn sex abuse into a personal money-making brand as Percy has done. Too many people, lucky to have had ordinary untroubled lives, who have lost their sense of reality seeking adventure on the internet from their dull lives, have demeaned and undermined the horror and suffering that sex abuse victims have experienced with their involvement in the money-making circus that Percy has created.
I have been sexually abused as a child; I have suffered all four types of abuse: sexual; physical; emotional; neglect. My experiences of abuse is hardly the stuff of epic movies; its the story repeated in the experience of millions of children anchored in ordinary lives and families; the difference only expressed in the repetition and degree of the abuse. Its humiliating and shameful for me to even admit here of being sexually abused, let alone give any detail of my experiences – which I won’t do. It degrades and makes a mockery of my personal experience of abuse when I see someone like Becki Percy jazzing up and desensitising the true horror and impact of sexual abuse by turning it into a circus freak show of money-making and personal branding. I am angry.
Child sexual abuse often causes trauma, as it did to me. Trauma sits there in the background ticking away until it is triggered. When a thing happens, which should not happen, all the feelings and sensations are anchored into that moment for all time in the mind; and then is reinforced by other moments of abuse. For many, they bury their mind into addictions such as drugs, crime and alcohol. It is not a pretty experience, and few are motivated into creating a personal internet brand out of it. I have been sensible not to fall into addictions, and I manage my trauma from day to day.
Many who are abused might project themselves and their experiences onto others who they think are suffering a similar situation. When you are abused, the trauma creates a sense of “death” inside you. You become separated from your own body and self, which might become a ghostly dead replica of the self. This is how it is for me, that my trauma becomes a place where a dead ghost child of me stands and watches me. When something triggers me such as the murder of a child, this trauma comes back and haunts me. The trauma is distressing and makes me angry. I end up in a massive fight with this ghost child; and it projects into the world if someone has caused me to identify it with a situation.
My personal experience of abuse has transformed into its own narrative: here is the happy child that I wanted to be; there is the unhappy ghost child that I do not want to be. I project, and I focus on creating the happy child in others; and where unhappy children are, I do something about it.
Becki Percy and her abuse narrative has triggered me. Even though my rational brain says Percy is a fraud and there are no 1000’s of children dead and raped in Hull UK; the trauma has messed with my emotional brain, and it sees a shadowy field with 1000’s of children in it watching and waiting. At the same time, I see a happy two-year-old child with a loving couple who were giving abused unhappy children a safe and loving home as foster carers, that Percy did harm to; and I am seriously upset at that.
The gloves are off, and I am on the march to do battle with the trauma and with Percy. No army, god or ocean is going to stop me from bringing about a police investigation into the allegation making of Becki Percy. I want to be 100% certain that there is not 1000+ children raped and murdered in Hull, sitting undiscovered in hidden woodland graves. I want to be certain no more young children will have the security of loving parents and home obliterated by false allegation making by Becki Percy. I need relief from the triggered ghosts, and only a police investigation is going to do that.
Why is it so hard for Rebecca (Becki) Percy to go to law enforcement to have her allegations of rape and murder of children in Hull UK by named people investigated? What has Becki Percy got to hide?
Rebecca (Becki) Percy went through her third name change in a week on Twitter as yet again she ran away rather than take ownership by allowing law enforcement to investigate her allegations of serious crimes against children in Hull UK. It seems such a simple matter to go to the police over serious crimes; but Percy prefers to do all she can to avoid responsibility by blocking, threatening and constantly trying to hide her social media from those that are asking her questions.
Since coming to the USA in 2015, Becki Percy has used the medium of social media to accuse named people of eating, raping and murdering children in the city of Hull UK. Percy has published enough details such as names, faces and places of work, that anyone could track down and hurt those she accuses of harm against children. The named people have suffered at least five years of hell; and in some cases, ten years; through the allegation making by Percy without evidence; an allegation maker who refuses to give these people the right of having these allegations investigated by law enforcement.
If a child is suffering torture and rape, most people would do all they can to make sure that the child is rescued from the ordeal; and the crimes against them are investigated. Becki Percy says she has been a direct witness to the torture, rape and murder of children; even saying that this happens on a daily basis by the people she accuses of these crimes. Percy has however, not lifted a finger to go to law enforcement to stop these alleged crimes against children in Hull since she came to the USA in 2015. In fact, the alleged ordeal of abused children in Hull has not hardly been given a mention by Percy; who has given priority during her time in the USA to pro-Trump political posts, as well as selling overpriced candles and health products on the back of her personal abuse narrative.
Concerned people, including me, have contacted the FBI, interpol and the police in Hull UK on behalf of Becki Percy; but having set up the connection, Percy refuses to contact law enforcement. Investigation of the allegations by Becki Percy could have started with a simple complaint to the local FBI or sheriff; the UK police could have flown officers over to the USA; and information could have been passed to law enforcement via the internet. Percy has reacted to these well meaning efforts to encourage her to contact law enforcement over her allegations by blocking and threatening those who had tried to help her.
Becki Percy is not afraid of contacting law enforcement in matters when it benefits her to do so. Percy had the police escort her “adopted father” Ron McAvene out of his own US home after she made allegations against him; and caused a similar situation to happen with her real father in the UK nearly ten years prior. Percy has also made complaints of harrassment to the sheriff against her previous “adopted mum” Catherine Moncada, who turned to the internet to share her negative experiences of hosting Becki Percy in her family home. During her time in Hull, from around the age of 14, Percy has made an avalanche of sex abuse complaints against multiple people; all that were investigated by law enforcement, who found no evidence to support those allegations.
Having enjoyed the benefits of her allegation making for the last fives years: of a free stay in the USA; tens of thousands of dollars of donations; a following of tens of thousands of people on social media; fame; and the compassion of thousands of people; – it is time Percy took ownership of her allegation making, and had them investigated. It is ethically wrong, unjust and reckless to make allegations of serious crimes of harm to children against named people, but denying the accused the right of a fair criminal investigation; as well as failing to stop the abuse of children. It is also clear that Percy has no fear of going to law enforcement; which raises the question of what she has to hide by refusing to go to law enforcement to investigate her allegations.
The relationship of “mum” Wendy McAvene with mentally ill allegation maker Rebecca (Becki) Percy is coming under increasing focus by those who think it might be a predatory relationship, where McAvene is in a position of power and control as caregiver to a vulnerable younger person half her age, and where McAvene is sleeping with that younger person.
One of the creepy twists in the soap opera that is Becki Percy and her allegation making is her ongoing relationship with adopted “mum” Wendy McAvene. Despite taking on the role of a caregiving mum to Becki Percy, McAvene is sleeping with her “daughter”.
Is the relationship between Percy and McAvene a lesbian relationship? Despite the opinions of family and onlookers thinking that Percy and McAvene are in a lesbian relationship; their supporters say they are not lesbians; and in public, Percy and McAvene continue to maintain a hostile position to the LGBT community.
Is this a sugar-mummy-daughter relationship? There is a growing trend that younger people are seeking to enter into a relationship with a much older person, the sugar mummy or daddy, in order to pay their living costs and student fees. Percy has a pattern of seeking older women to look after her financial needs, whilst indulging in infantile demands of caregiving, including that they sleep with her.
Becki Percy has mental health issues. True or false; Percy has claimed she was the mother of three babies; all which were murdered; one that ended in a blender. If true, this and other traumas would have a serious impact on the mind of Percy; if false, the fact she is saying these things, gives rise to concerns for her mental wellbeing.
Is Wendy McAvene in a predatory relationship with Becki Percy? McAvene has in public identified as a mother figure to Percy; she is in a cargiving role, paying all the living costs of Percy. In her 50’s, McAvene is double the age of Percy, who is aged 24; that some might unkindly say is a “cradle snatcher” relationship. McAvene is in a relationship with an individual who is mentally unwell. Some might interpret that an individual who says that they are NOT in a lesbian relationship, but IS sleeping with an individual, where they have a position of power as caregiver, paying their living expenses, is double their age, and where the individual is mentally unwell; that there is a predatory relationship going on.
Is Wendy McAvene obsessed with Becki Percy? McAvene has thrown away her 25-year marriage, her home and her relationship with her family over Percy. Even though Percy insists on cult-like loyalty in her relationships, McAvene has taken full advantage of this role, sacrificing everything to enter into a relationship where she has the real power over a dependent mentally ill younger person. Much to the despair of her own immediate family, McAvene is fully invested in supporting all the delusions that Percy entertains, placing the mentally ill younger woman into a bubble of her own fantasies. In April 2019 Wendy McAvene created a short-lived blog dedicated to Percy. Of concern to some was that McAvene has ignored all reason and evidence that suggested that Percy was delusional, whilst maintaining a sense of disempowerment in Percy by failing to recruit immigration lawyers for her final court appeal against deportation to the UK from the USA.
Concerns for the mental wellbeing of Becki Percy will grow if Wendy McAvene follows her back to the UK. There is a sense that McAvene is in an uneven relationship of power and control over a mentally unwell younger vulnerable woman. McAvene has done nothing to motivate or empower Percy to take responsibility for her own reckless actions; but has assisted in allowing Percy to maintain an infantile disposition and delusion. It is probably true to say that McAvene has done nothing to encourage Percy to seek education, work or assistance for her complex mental health needs. Neither has McAvene done anything to mitigate the damage Percy inflicts on innocent people and their families; or to curb her illegal activity, such as fraud and harrassement.
Wendy McAvene will come under investigation if she comes to the UK with Becki Percy. It is unethical, unprofessional (McAvene is a nurse) and probably unlawful; where an individual insists they are in a caregiving role as “mum” to a mentally unwell individual; where the role is one of power and control over a vulnerable individual; where that role causes a decline in the wellbeing of that individual; where that role causes harm to those caught up by the unlawful activities of Percy. The UK police, social services and the mental health teams will become involved in the case of Becki Percy when she is deported back to the UK. The UK social services will be all over Wendy McAvene, where she is in a caregiving role and sleeping with a mentally ill person she is supposed to be caring for; which is illegal in UK law.
The relationship that Wendy McAvene has with Becki Percy, which they insist is not a lesbian relationship, is rather dubious and creepy, whichever way you look at it. It is a relationship that will be investigated by the UK legal authorities; who will also be looking into the serious abuse allegations that Becki Percy has made involving the rape and murder of children in Hull UK.
Everyone desires that the rollercoaster ride that Rebecca (Becki) Percy takes everyone through will come to an end in 2020 with a deportation and a police investigation.
Becki Percy is an illegal immigrant who came to the USA on a holiday visa with the intention of staying on a permanent basis. After being stopped by immigration officials at the US border, Percy claimed political asylum. Percy spent 14 months in jail, and then was released on bail. Percy has spent five years making court appeals against deportation, all which were rejected.
Percy awaits deportation, but launched an online petition against deportation. This blog post is to comment on the story she posted alongside this petition.

Now aged 24, Percy has taken advantage of the chaos in the US immigration system to stay for more than five years in the USA. Percy awaits deportation after failing in her final court appeal in December 2019. Coronavirus further delayed the deportation of Percy.
Percy has made a series of allegations against members of her own family and other innocent people. The police and social workers found no evidence of child abuse and consider Percy is a liar. The child trafficking and Satanic abuse claims are new allegations that Percy has made since coming to the USA; which at the time of writing Percy has never reported to the UK police, and seems reluctant to do so.
The US courts rejected the argument of Percy that the UK could not protect her from harm.
“I was born into a family that didn’t love me. More specifically, one that wanted to abuse and torture me. My first glimpse of that was when I was 4 years old – my first day of school. My bio father (Lee Percy) raped me saying he needed to make me into a woman.”
Becki Percy appears to have an unrealistic expectation of love: “Every day, every minute of the day needed to be about her..“said Catherine, one of her victims.
There has been no evidence and no convictions, despite many police investigations of the Percy claims against various individuals. A medical examination is a standard part of a police investigation, and there apparently is no medical evidence to support the Percy allegations. Percy only started making abuse allegations when she reached her teens.
“This continued for my entire childhood, only worsening as I got older. When I was 9 years old, I was trafficked to 10+ men for the first time. They all took turns raping and torturing me then paying my parents for my service”
Multiple rapes would do extensive damage to the vagina and anus. Torture leaves scars. The medical examination of Percy during her earlier allegation making would have revealed injuries from torture and multiple rape; but none was found. Nobody who has lived with or known Percy has seen any scars; nor has she produced evidence, even when lawyers representing her in court asked for it.
“I was also forced to take part in satanic rituals such as running through the woods, naked, on a night while being raped by men and women. I also saw my parents and other in their ring sacrifice children to Molech”
Becki Percy only started making allegations relating to Satanic ritual abuse when she arrived in USA. The child eating allegations Percy makes against her parents are new allegations.
Of the Molech allegation, Percy appears to have stolen that idea from Catherine Moncada, who had related her own narrative about Molech to Percy. Catherine said:
“The day Rebecca made a video of satanic ritual abuse, she said Lee, her father, her biological father, was going to sacrifice her to molech. The satanic god molech. Because according to Rebecca’s testimony Lee Percy is very high up in a satanic cult. This was part of the 2015 videos.
Rebecca made that video the next morning AFTER the evening she and I had sat outside and I told her of MY testimony of how “molech” came into play and was part of my testimony. The very next day she was on Twitter, tweeting the specifics of Lee was going to sacrifice her to molech. Now there is the added specific of molech.”
“In 2010, when I was 13 years old, I finally told a trusted teacher at school that my bio father was, quote, “hurting me”. I honestly thought that if he wasn’t in the picture, that everything would be ‘normal’. Lee was taken out of the home but my dream didn’t come through. Things didn’t get better. They actually worsened.”
Becki Percy has been making abuse allegations without evidence against people for ten years; mostly against the male members of any household she happens to reside in. What happened to Lee her father reflects the pattern with the McAvene family that hosted Percy; she made an allegation against Ron McAvene, called the police on him, who escorted him out of the house; the McAvenes marriage ended in divorce.
“Not long after the first disclosure, I told the same teacher that my mother was beating me. This was the truth, but was ashamed of the other things she was doing to me. I was constantly told that I was a prostitute that wasn’t worth anyone’s time. Once I had told my teacher I was moved to my mothers brothers house. Of course, this wasn’t any better because he and the rest of my birth family was part of the trafficking and abuse.”
Becki Percy apparently discovered the benefits of allegation making. When things don’t go the way Percy likes, she makes an allegation against people. Percy next made allegations against her mother; then against the family of her uncle who had taken over looking after her in their home. The police found no evidence to support these allegations.
“Just as expected, I was raped by him while there. So again I had to tell my teacher. I was then moved into foster care.
I thought I was finally going to be safe. I started slowly trusting the people that so kindly took me in and loved playing with their 2 year old son. Things finally started looking up. But that came crashing down when after almost a month of living with them, the male foster carer raped me… I was completely heart broken. In that moment, I realized that I had been really naive to think that I would ever be safe. I didn’t deserve to not be hurt and abused.
The only reason I told my teacher about that incident is because he hadn’t used protection. I was scared that I was going to pregnant.”
Probably the most cruelest of allegations made by Becki Percy against innocent people was against a young foster couple with a baby son. It is an unpleasant nightmare for any young couple with small children who have decided to provide a home to foster children in care, to then be accused of child sex abuse. The social worker and police investigation found no evidence to support the Percy rape allegation against the foster couple. Social services decided to not place Percy with any foster parents after this allegation.
“Through all the disclosures I made to my teacher, she always believed. Unlike social services. They thought I was making everything up.. That became more evident as the years went by.”
Percy has a pattern of using and manipulating those who are sympathetic to her narrative. There is a suggestion in the behaviour of Percy that she is a psychopath. After multiple allegations without evidence, the social services opinion of Percy was that she was a serial allegation maker and liar.
“After foster care, I moved into a children’s home. This is another place where I felt safe but didn’t want to let my guard down… I felt like it was only a matter of time before someone abused me again. By this time, social services was trying to encourage me to go back to see my biological mother. This was when the cycle started. Going to see her, being abused, not being able to cope with it so I disclose to someone, police would ‘investigate’, they would say there wasn’t enough evidence to prosecute then I would be persuaded to see my mother again. For the next 5 years, that was my life. By this point, I knew that I was set to be killed on my 19th birthday… Every day that went by, I got closer to me execution day.”
Repeat attempts were made to reunite Percy with her real mother; but Percy used allegation making as a strategy to remain in the care system. “Execution” day is another way of Percy saying that the care system would kick her out into the adult world on her 19th birthday to live as a mature independent and responsible adult; a role that Percy did not desire.
“When I was 18, I was invited to be on someone’s blog to tell my story. This was my last chance to be helped. And thank God I was. A lady from California read my blog and spent every waking minute talking to me and making sure I was safe. We both knew that this was a very dangerous time. After talking to her family, she told me she was going to bring me over to America. I couldn’t believe what I was reading. We then started the ball rolling with my passport and tourist visa. I hadn’t broken the law in England. I wasn’t going to start out my new life in America by coming over illegally. That’s we did EVERYTHING by the book.”
Like all psychopaths Becki Percy has charm, which she can use to convince people of whatever narrative she is selling. Percy convinced Catherine Moncada she was in danger of death, and they agreed to pay for her air travel ticket and host her for a period in the USA.
“By April 21, 2015 I was on the plane… Jetting towards my new life of safety and freedom. Little did I know that I would be stopped by Customs Enforcement as soon as I landed in LAX then detained by them.. The corruption is never ending. I then spent the following 14 months in detention center – James A Musick Facility in Southern CA. With in that time, I went to many court hearings trying to have the judge understand the life and death decision she held in her hands. I begged her to grant me asylum and safety to this country. But in around October 2015, she denied my plea. She then followed up with a $40,000 bail… That was my key to freedom.”
Becki Percy came to the USA under the false pretence of a holiday visa with the intention of staying on a permanent basis in the USA. The immigration officials detained Percy after they suspected she was attempting to access the USA illegally; which was when Percy claimed political asylum. Percy was jailed for 14 months; and lost all her court cases against deportation back to the UK. The slow process of deportation of Percy continues five years later.
“It took us until June of 2016 to be able to find a way to pay the bail. This was through a bail bonds company that allowed the lady that brought me over to pay a lot less (I believe it was $9,000). The only catch was that I would be wearing an ankle monitor so they could track me. Although I was now free, I still felt like a criminal.”
Catherine Moncada and her family came close to financial ruin paying for the legal fees, bond and other expenses that Becki Percy left them with. Percy organised some crowdfunding campaigns, but apparently none of these funds seem to have found their way to the Moncada family. Percy was involved in fraud with some of her crowdfunding, though apparently has not been investigated for it.
“Cutting a long story shorter, I now live in Texas and am waiting to hear back from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to see if they will allow me to back to court and have another judge hear my case, or they could just grant me freedom on the spot.”
The judges rejected the final appeal Becki Percy was able to make in the Ninth Circuit Appeals Court on 12th Dec 2019. Percy no longer has any further legal right to stay in the USA, and awaits deportation. No immigration attorney would take Percy’s case on a pro bono basis, as they felt it was a lost cause. Percy did not bother paying for an attorney, nor did she bother to enter her paperwork into the court on time.
“I ask that you would be sign this petition in the hopes that President Trump or his administration would see my story and help me to stay safe in this country. If I go back to England, I will be killed. I ask that you would share this with all you know. The more signatures I get, the better chance I have to stay in this country.”
Becki Percy lives in a delusion, as she has done for the last ten years. An online petition will not change the reality that the courts have given their final judgement that Percy will be deported back to the UK. Neither a President or any US politician has the inclination to override the courts and the US constitution for an illegal immigrant: who came to the USA under false pretense; has offered no tangible benefit to the USA during their stay in the USA; has damaged two US families; has committed fraud and harrassment; made false allegations against US politicians; in an election year; and has offered at the time of writing a petition with less than 7000 signatures. Percy will be deported back to the UK.
As Catherine Moncada, one of many victims of Becki Percy, says: “I will tell you and the rest – I will be stepping off of the roller coaster. Soon. It’s time.” We are all exhausted by the endless drama and allegation making that Becki Percy makes: we all want it ended with a deportation and a police investigation. We believe that as 2020 proceeds; both outcomes will happen; and this ten year rollercoaster ride will end.
